Overall a good experience. The sales process took quite a while, maybe a little longer than expected. An additional service plan was added during the finance process, which i approved when told, but it wasn't really explained. No extended warranty was offered for purchase. My finance options weren't reviewed, so i just assume the best choice was offered. Having worked in an Equipment dealership for 20 years, I just come to expect some things that just weren't present in this transaction. More

As usual, I got wonderful service at Sullivan. I did not have an appointment, but my check engine light came on, and Jamie got me in and got it fixed that same day. Ripped me off for a thermostat. Ridiculous however, they had me by the short hairs as engine switched to safety mode in route to south fl for cruise. Sunday afternoon late and on the road with family from out of town, I had no choice as was expected to be a pre-paid hotel rooms and with trip that next morning, more or less said, now I know how it feels to be a female taken by heartless mechanic. $600+ in labor to change a thermostat! I want half my money back at least. More
