Sullivan Honda is proud to offer superior service and we are committed to providing our friends and customers with a pleasurable experience. Sullivan Honda apologizes for your less than satisfactory experience. Thank you for your submission on behalf of Ms. Palmer. Sullivan Honda purchased what was Torrington Honda in June of 2013. We are aware of the Reward program Torrington Honda had offered their customers, and although Sullivan Honda did not continue with the program, we chose to honor the program for all eligible owners. The Torrington Honda Rewards program was a coupon booklet that required a coupon to be presented in order to receive the benefits. Neither Honda nor Sullivan Honda created the program and are not responsible for the guidelines. The coupons created by Torrington Honda have no cash value and are not valid at any other Honda dealership. When speaking with Ms. Palmer, who we have documented as the owner of the vehicle, we informed her that proof of eligibility of the Reward program was the coupon booklet and that it would be necessary to have these coupons in the future to receive the benefits, which Sullivan Honda will honor. We have on file a signature that confirms that a booklet was received and the rewards program was explained to the purchaser of the car by their Torrington Honda salesperson. Sullivan Honda did reimburse Ms. Palmer for the cost of the oil change that would have been complimentary if she had presented her Reward coupon. Again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you. We truly hope you reconsider bringing your car to Sullivan Honda for service in the future.
