Great service, but inconvenient I bring my car to Summit because that's where I purchased the car, their service team is very good and it is the closest Jeep dealership to my home. I bring my car to Summit because that's where I purchased the car, their service team is very good and it is the closest Jeep dealership to my home. However, I live 25 minutes away in Green Lake and Summit does not have loaner cars or a customer service vehicle that can drop me off when my car is in for service. Sitting in the Summit parking lot last Friday I called multiple Fond du Lac taxis and the earliest pick up was in 2 hours. Another Summit customer heard me on the phone and offered me a ride. I love the service team, but the dealership could make it much easier to use their services. More

lack of return call Went in for scheduled oil change and to have speaker looked at in rear drivers side door. Speaker was buzzing so I asked if they had one in stock to r Went in for scheduled oil change and to have speaker looked at in rear drivers side door. Speaker was buzzing so I asked if they had one in stock to replace mine. They replaced speaker and did oil change , said everything was complete. I got in to drive off noticed stereo station was changed so I new they listened to it. Not 200 feet down road speaker was buzzing worse then before. Came back and asked if they actually changed speaker because its worse. Service person came out to truck and within 20 seconds could tell it wasn't fixed. Said dodge had to authorize repair to panel, he would call back maybe even that day. That was over a week ago. No call no email, they have my number. Not happy. More
Unhappy Hands down the worst service I've ever had. Had oil changed which usually includes topping off fluids. Had a couple of check engine lights on and they are still on. I will never take my truck to them again for service. More

It being Sunday, we made an unplanned overnight stop in Fond Du Lac, WI and had the truck at the dealer 10 minute beore they were scheduled to open on Monday morning. An hour later, we were on our way, malfunction cleared at no cost. Great service! More

They had to order the parts first, but they thought that this would be a fast process. They called me right away when the parts were in to schedule my visit. Again, everything went smoothe and friendly. Day of the service visit was fast and efficient. They gave me a quick shuttle ride to work and called me as soon as the work was finished. Came and picked me up on my schedule, which was immediately. Again, fast and efficient. Everyone that I came in contact with were very friendly. Overall, a great service experience with this dealership. I will visit them again when I need service. More

Recall I was able to get an appointment within a few days after receiving my recall notice. The staff in the service department were very helpful. when I ar I was able to get an appointment within a few days after receiving my recall notice. The staff in the service department were very helpful. when I arrived for my appointment there was a mix up with my appointment not being on the computer. But I was able to have my car recall items fixed very quickly. It took only 45 minutes. The waiting area for the service department was very comfortable. The cookies were yummy plus great morning coffee. Thank you to the service department for a great experience . You all are number one in my book!!! More
