I was offered a beverage more than once and Kraig came in on his day off within 30 mins. Kraig is always very pleasant and thorough and I always enjoy visits. I was only stopping in for an oil change and ended up walking out with a new vehicle instead!

Not really happy with management! We had some work done under our warranty, we got the vehicle back and the seatbelt dinger goes off even though we use them. My husband called and they said “well we didn’t do anything with that” My husband then told him it wasn’t like that before we took it in for he repairs. He further said that to fix it it would be a cost to us. We have not been happy the service we have been getting. Thanks Mary Wagner

"Amazing!!"

I ordered new wheels for my jeep wrangler. First, lori assisted me with looking through the website I decided on. When the wrong wheels were delivered, parts and service worked together to make sure the old were sent back. Service appointments had to be changed due to this. Everyone I encountered was very accommodating as to make sure this happened. Summit is top notch!!!

"Bad customer service"

Service to my truck I believe was fine. However dealing with the 2 service writers was not enjoyable. I was greeted by rude/sarcastic employees who made me feel that my business was not welcomed. Ex.: I was asked how many fuel filters were in my truck - I had no idea because I don’t work on my truck and his response was “really - don’t know?” and walked away. I’m questioning if I will return in the future. I have dealt with parts employee and she was great. I also just purchased a new vehicle from Tim V. and he was great also.

While it took a few appointments to diagnose the exact problem, Paul Sieloff and the service tech were very diligent throughout the entire process. They were well informed and thoroughly explained all the steps they were taking. Their methodical approach ensured that unnecessary repairs were not done. This was in total contrast to another dealership that wanted me to spend over $1,200 for replacement parts they claimed were not under warranty. Summit has earned all our future service work on our Ram trucks. I look forward to dealing with your sales staff when it's time for purchase.
