Frankly Brian the sales representative pushed hard for the up sell extended warranties see also did not want to work with us to offer me a value for my a $6,000 trade-in vehicle. The ussual suspects in the up sell extended warranties see also did not want to work with us to offer me a value for my a $6,000 trade-in vehicle. The ussual suspects in the back room did not want to work with me and told me to sell my used car someplace else. I ended up buying a vehicle through them anyway and after I sign the paperwork to get my vehicle it was a chore to pick it up, (salesperson was no where to be found), I was told it would take 30 minutes I was at the dealership for 3 hours because nothing was ready for me. I had to listen to the extended warranty pitch 2 more times and was even told by the finance manager that it was mandatory that she had to tell me about it! You can do business here but it's going to be very very painful and you're not going to get good service or a good deal. More
