I purchased a 2022 F-350 XLT from Summit Ford. Cody, my salesman, was personable, responsive, and the bright spot of the experience. Unfortunately, the rest of the process left a lot to be desired. I originally held off on updating my review because I wanted to give Summit Ford a few weeks to make things right. They told me they would work with my local Ford dealer to resolve the missing factory keypad code issue, but ultimately did not follow through. Since I live almost two hours away, returning to Summit Ford was not realistic. After owning the truck for about two weeks, I checked the fluids and found the engine was missing the oil cap entirely, the coolant was still low after they said it had been filled, and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was empty. I had to order and replace the oil cap myself. On top of that, after less than 1,000 miles, the brakes are already making noise consistent with worn pads despite being told they were in acceptable condition. I also paid for a ceramic/paint package and detail service, but the results were underwhelming. The truck still had fingerprints, dust, and marks on the windows, and much of the interior appeared barely cleaned. To make matters worse, management showed little interest in resolving concerns and even claimed over the phone that my trade-in was a “junk” vehicle they had to dump over $4,000 into, despite their own posted repair history not supporting those claims. I genuinely tried to give Summit Ford the opportunity to correct these issues before updating my review. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would have very little confidence in their service department or management team. Update 6/17/26, Summit Ford has refused to respond to my local dealer to rectify my door code. Furthermore, when I took delivery of the truck, the shifting felt off. I asked the salesman and he assured me it was normal and there was no issue. I had it looked at today at a ford dealer and the shift cable was on the verge of snapping and very worn. Now I have to pay $600 to have it replaced when it was an issue at the dealership. Beware of Summit Ford. More

Tanner made sure to answer all of our questions as thoroughly as possible. We went into Summit Ford to simply test drive some vehicles and ask some simple questions about our trade in options.
