Talked with Tony by phone about a car we saw online. We flew up to buy it, they picked us up at the airport and brought us to the dealership. Paperwork was fast and efficient. We were in and out as fast as possible which was at our request. It was a very pleasant experience unlike the many other times we have purchased cars. Tony was on vacation so Fred stepped in and helped us. He explained the car and did the paperwork. He set up both our phones to sink with the car and set up our Ford accounts to start the car, unlock doors etc. Fred was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We are very happy with our purchase and with the entire buying process.

He also helped me get everything set up for the Ford Pass and my account. I feel like Gary went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything about my new vehicle. I continue to have great customer service at Van Horn. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them. Our salesman, Fred, was educated on the vehicles we were interested in and we never felt like they were trying to push a sale of something we didn’t need or want. I returned to Van Horn because I had a great experience the first time we purchased a vehicle from them. They have always been professional and took care of any of our questions or concerns.

Steve Statz is absolutely [expletive] awesome! Very friendly, very attentive and helpful. Our experience purchasing the Maverick was smooth, no problems, in and out. AND, he passed my "customer service test question! Example: what's an acceptable ratio of satisfied to unsatisfied customers? Answer: zero! It is a trick question, he passed. Nobody else ive delt with over the years have answered correctly. That shows to me his commitment to providing excellent service. I won't go anywhere else. Middleton Ford and Steve Statz are THE best. I'd leave six stars, but it only goes to five. Keep rockin' Middleton Ford!
