He works hard to get your car in and out as quickly as possible and correctly so you don't have to make an unnecessary return trip. He also does his best to keep you updated on the progress of the repair throughout the process. He does so with a positive, upbeat personality. The sales rep, Louis, provided me with a professional, friendly experience when I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento recently. He is not a 'hard sell' type which creates a much more positive purchase experience. He keeps the process moving quickly and smoothly which creates a relaxed atmosphere. More

I was under a great deal of anxiety regarding this process, and when asked questions the negative facial expressions didn't help the feeling much.
