Certainly we regret customer dissatisfaction for any reason. However, in this case there were extenuating issues. Your Pontiac was an older car and the specific recall part is not kept in stock and was not available locally. The recall had been released long ago and we can only wonder about the sudden hurry! Further, GM pays us to perform recalls and we really do not care where you originally purchased it. We also have no legal obligation to accept older vehicles for service.
