I have had many different cars and worked with a lot of salesmen from different dealerships over the years and I have to say that this has by far been the easiest, hassle free, and most pleasant experience I have ever had from beginning to end. He understood what I was looking for and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in. A lot of sales people seem to forget that they need to know everything about the products they are selling so they can match a car to what a customer is looking for. For some, once the sale is done they move on to the next. With Tony he made sure after the sale that we knew everything about the car to help us familiarize ourselves with it instead of us having to go home and figure it all out for ourselves. He spent time with my wife and I in the car going over all the features and settings and explaining everything patiently until we were comfortable.
