I can't say enough about my experience with Sun Buick, starting with my very first contact with Matthew Fierst. I was struggling for weeks to get anybody at any Buick dealership to reach back out to me. starting with my very first contact with Matthew Fierst. I was struggling for weeks to get anybody at any Buick dealership to reach back out to me. Time was of the essence, as my lease term date was approaching. I looked a bit further out of my geographical area and found Sun Buick. Within minutes of filling out an information request form online, I got a response from sales representative Matt. Matt knew exactly what I wanted and didn't want (based on the information I provided in my initial inquiry), asked me a few more questions, and immediately got to work. Within hours he had a vehicle in mind that fit the bill. We made an appointment for me to come out from the city to Long Island to check it out. In the interim, he continued to look into other options for me that he knew would be suitable based on what my needs were. I came out, did a test drive, and he gave me the final workups on two options. My husband and I were really on the fence about whether we wanted to move forward with another lease at this stage. There were a lot of variables involved in the decision making. But Matt's kindness, thoroughness, transparency, professionalism, and especially his responsiveness really helped push us past a lot of the intangibles that we were struggling with. He made the difference. I also had an opportunity to speak with Finance Manager Steve at a couple of points, and he was fantastic. Easy to work with, straightforward and direct, respectful. I didn't feel an ounce of the apprehension or anxiety I have typically felt over the years with our previous three leases. Sun Buick is doing it all right, from the first outreach to the final handshake as you drive away. I could not have asked for me. Matt Fierst is a feather in the cap of Sun Buick.
