We bought a slightly used Toyota Corolla recently with Kay Parris as our salesperson. We're repeat ustomers at Sun and it's always been a good experience, which is why we return. Kay was easy to work with Kay Parris as our salesperson. We're repeat ustomers at Sun and it's always been a good experience, which is why we return. Kay was easy to work with, up front, did everything we needed, and there were none of the games you get with some dealerships. There was one very minor communication glitch which was quickly resolved to my satisfaction- and after all, that's the best you can ask for in a review, right? No communication glitches means you don't know what could happen. Note: Michelle, who is one of the managers, called the next day to check up on the communication glitch, which had already been resolved by then, but it was a nice touch and was appreciated. Apparently they're right on top of all the things. I'd recommend Kay, and Sun, to anyone in the Bay Area. More
