Horrible dealership period. I traveled 50+ miles to go to this dealership to make a deal. Nicole Brown made it sound like she could get my deal done with no problem at all. Co I traveled 50+ miles to go to this dealership to make a deal. Nicole Brown made it sound like she could get my deal done with no problem at all. Come to find out when i arrive at the dealership Nicole Brown is MIA I get dished off to another salesman and we are off by about 8k on the deal. A little advice Sun Toyota, be transparent up front. Don't have someone drive 50+ miles (over 100 roundtrip) only to go home disappointed. Maybe retrain Nicole on how to be a salesperson. More
