***UPDATE*** Was told a manager would call me about this issue and still haven't heard from anyone. Extremely poor customer service. Purchased a car Saturday October 8th from Sun Toyota. Was told the vehicle was not at the dealer as it was stuck at the port of Tampa but should be delivered no later than Monday. I receive a text end of day saying it's still stuck at the port but should be there by Tuesday. Ok give I'll give it another day. I text my salesman asking for an update and the car still isn't there and should be there Wednesday. It's now Wednesday and low and behold the car is still not there. Seriously? What kind of service is this? I get the car may be stuck at the port but as a customer that's not my problem. We need some kind of compensation for this wait time. There's no excuse for us to wait this long. This is the fourth car we've bought from Sun and I'm thinking this may be the last. More

After the SALE this is where it counts and makes a difference. The next day after my purchase I noticed a little chip in the windshield in the upper left hand corner that had the potential to spread. difference. He immediately arranged to have it repaired no questions asked. When I arrived it was promptly taken care of. The technician who did the repair is not an employee of Sun Toyota, however he too was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied, Max was on it! More
