We were very please with Rex Retzlaff our salesman, he was honest with us with pricing and listening to our every request with a great personality! We came to terms with a decent offer and have a used although we were looking for new but the Dealership didn't have or couldn't find what we originally wanted and we are happy with what we purchased More

On February 22nd 2025 I financed a 2018 Tesla model 3 with sun toyota with Marcus , deal went great everything was smooth up until February 26th when the car started giving me issues needing service , su with sun toyota with Marcus , deal went great everything was smooth up until February 26th when the car started giving me issues needing service , sun Toyota payed for the first repair $190 , same exact problem came up March 4th .. I paid out my pocket to repair it this time $120 .. time goes by , April 8th THE SAME problem for the 3rd time on the car has now happen 3 times in less than 2 months wouldn’t anyone reading this be furious? after talking to the person that helped sell me the car and told me to call , I call sun toyota and a man who claimed to be named “Steven” answered the phone and Is aware of the situation says to me , “I would never buy a Tesla” , that the car has depreciated 5,000$ in less than 2 months of me having it , also says there’s nothing they can do for me and practically my lost. Well turns out it wasn’t “Steven” on the phone I was talking to I don’t expect to call a certified dealership and hear about what the salesman wouldn’t buy and that I’m shoot out of luck after only having the car for 2 months , beware buying anything other than a Toyota at this dealership they wont give you the time of day ! More
