Josh Hermann was my Service Advisor. He did an excellent job of reviewing which 60K services would be applicable for my 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. We only did those services which were really needed including a complete tire replacement. He also took the best tire and set it aside to be used as a future spare. He also fixed my license plate which had been the last time my car was serviced. He kept me informed of the progression of the servicing and told me when the car was going to be ready. He walked me out to my car and took all of the things that were placed in the vehicle to ensure that it wasn't damaged in anyway. Josh is a true professional! More
