My wife and I did our due diligence in shopping for a car and Sun Toyota was our first stop on our quest. Anthony who is known as Max, was first to greet us. While Max is no easy touch, it became evident ri and Sun Toyota was our first stop on our quest. Anthony who is known as Max, was first to greet us. While Max is no easy touch, it became evident right away he was pleasant, well informed, patient and no B.S. After several test drives at several dealers we decided to start at Sun Toyota for our first attempt to make a deal. I purposely sought out Max because I felt him & I could come to terms & make a deal. Yes we did the "Car Dealer Dance" back & forth several times with the sales manager. But eventually we sealed the deal. After we closed the deal with the F&I person (which was also a very smooth process much to my surprise) there was Max patiently waiting for us & took the initiative to show my wife several functions that the car had even though the store by now was closed for about 30 minutes. At no time did he leave us with the impression "it's gettin late I need to get outa here." If you're like me & you have to deal, deal with Max, he'll work to make it happen without the B.S. More

Not only was he pleasant to speak with, he fully explained all details of the transaction, listened to my concerns, and was knowledg negotiated with!
