We buy a vehicle every yr or so. We always check here. Recently there was a really helpful salesman but the used vehicle just didn't have exactly what we wanted. We didn't buy. About 2 weeks later we returned to look for our 2nd vehicle replacement. 1st salesman was off. The young fella was nice enough. Helpful. But we were not planning on buying that day as we had plans to look at other locations. We told him that. He brought us inside anyway. (we expected it) But we waited and waited and waited (alone at a table) no one came. So after about 15 minutes we left. We weren't upset. We liked the new 2022 car a lot but it really was higher than we wanted to spend. We went across the street and bought a 2022 car that day. 12K less and had what I was looking for. Not the same vehicle but another hybrid. It all worked out. We'll keep looking at Sun Toyota when we are in the market as we have many times before. But I'm pretty sure we may never have actually closed on a car from there after shopping there so many times. As for the first vehicle, we just ordered it new and had it delivered a few weeks ago. More
