Walking in to the dealership, Everyone was in a good mood. We have 5 cars total and we change up regularly so we visit a lot of dealerships. He went above and beyond to get us a more than fair valuation of our trade. I could tell that he takes pride in what he does and that he enjoys his position at the dealership. We purchased a brand new (with less than 10 miles on it) Toyota Corolla hatchback nightshade. He spent extra time with us to help us configure the radio, and the connected services without hesitation. We will be returning to overview other vehicles when we need to upgrade\change our our other older vehicles in the near future.
