About $5k in hidden fees over advertised price. (Mind you I only spoke to two women, so hopefully the other staff is better.) I recommend taking the time to go to any other Toyota dealership. Staff needs some training on how to speak to customers. At the end of our conversation of me inquiring about the hidden fees, I told her thanks for the info and wished her a good week. Directly after, Jackie sent me a reply and this is a copy of the beginning of her two paragraph reply/rant to me: “FYI. As a consumer you should want your dealer of choice to make a profit that way they stay in business” More

Tyler was very personable and helped make us happy not on just one car, but two. He helped point out the positives and negatives for each choice and with the finance package.
