If I could give them a 0 I would. I texted and called a few times and spoke to a salesperson. I told them that I lived an hour away. I kept asking to give me a ballpark number of a van. The guy told me $46k. When I got to the dealer, they told me there’s a markup of $15k. I was outraged and I asked for a supervisor. The floor was full of workers but I waited an hour and no supervisor came. I finally left. I don’t mind about not getting the price I wanted but being lied to and deceived was not professional. More
