Sandy at Sun Toyota is awesome! I was looking online for a specific SUV that happened to be at this dealership. I inquired online and soon after Sandy from Sun Toyota sent me not onl I was looking online for a specific SUV that happened to be at this dealership. I inquired online and soon after Sandy from Sun Toyota sent me not only a personalized email, but also a video. I thought that the video was a nice touch. I contacted Sandy to see if the vehicle was still available and she quickly replied that it was. I told her I was coming to the dealership for a test drive. Once I arrived I noticed the SUV I was interested in was parked right out front ready for me to take it for a spin. I met Sandy inside and she was very easy to talk to and never pressured me to buy the vehicle, but rather gave me the keys while they appraised my trade in and she said let me know if you like it and maybe we can make a deal. So I drove the SUV and I really liked it. We sat down and decided on a fair price and I drove away with my new vehicle.
