First car purchase made into a poor experience First experience buying a car. It has been a week and this dealership, mainly the sales department leadership, have made it a very poor experience. First experience buying a car. It has been a week and this dealership, mainly the sales department leadership, have made it a very poor experience. The car I purchased was a decent price, a little high after dealer fees and what not. Car pulled to the right and ABS/Traction Control lights popped on on the drive home from the dealership. Brought in to have it service, good experience and they did not charge me for the visit as it was just purchased. My service rep, Carlos, was excellent and very helpful. They were able to reset the system and have the lights disappear but they appeared back on within the day. I then brought the car in, on their advice, 2 days later. Dropped it off as I was told they would be taking it to the Chrysler/Dodge dealership to fix at no cost - great! I was sent home with a loaner. 2 days later I get a call that the sales manager refuses to pay for the repairs. They take no fault. It is obvious to me, with how easy they were able to reset the system to have the warning lights disappear, that it was done prior to whatever person purchased and they had intentions on making it the buyers problem. In the end, I am sure it will be an easy fix and I will bite the bullet to pay out of pocket for it. Just a shame that they refused decent customer service to rectify it themselves. To be expected by car salesmen! Buyer beware! More

WORSE DEALER EVER!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!! !!! WARNING !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! UPDATE: Car has been at the dealer a few more times, I was put in contact with another Sales manager !!! WARNING !!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! UPDATE: Car has been at the dealer a few more times, I was put in contact with another Sales manager Ferris Hamdan who turned out to be just likes Ben Miles. Took the car to a second opinion like Ferris suggested, they found an axle wobble as well as extra play. The dealer has had the car and still refuses to replace the axle claiming that the vibration issues is VEHICLE CHARACTERISTIC. Put in a complaint with toyota USA. I bet if anyone goes to the dealer and really goes through any of their so called certified preowned you will find lots of issues the dealer hope buyers wont find or notice. yet they claim the 160 point inspection is very thorough! I am driving a 2018 Camry loaner with 33k miles. The wind noise is so bad is whistles at 40 + mph i have video, also the rear pass side bumper is completely detached from the mounting points. The dash also makes a weird rattle that i can only guess is something inside the dash. The rear view mirror shakes and makes looking at it very annoying, tires sound like they have a mild case of cupping. Is this the quality we can expect from a certified preowned vehicle with the 160 pint inspection?????? Beyond frustrated and will never buy a Toyota ever again!!! Stay away from this dealer! They don't stand behind their promises! We purchased a 16 Avalon XLE, It developed a very violent vibration. The dealer told me after they looked at it and the tires were the problem. I would have believed it if the vibration issue was always occurring or not this bad. They would not do anything but replace the tires at my cost since they don't replace tires. I was told by the Sales Manager Ben Miles they don't repair vibration issues! Also M.r Ben got aggressive with me over the phone because I guess I don't understand how much the dealer has helped me! What exactly did he help me with?? Buy an overpriced car with a ton of issues?? Used pre-owned cars with their BS 160 pint inspection that according to the sales man was very thorough. They gave me another Avalon to drive while they looked at mine. Came back with, the tires needed to be done because they couldn't find anything else wrong. The loaner Avalon touring was better but not perfect. I thought the best choice is to get out of that one and get into the touring. My reasons for running away from the first car are: Crazy vibration that makes you think the car is going to fall apart and the transmission sounded like it was out of a 2006 Avalon and not a 2016. Finally I traded the old hunker for what I thought was a solid car. A week after I signed the paperwork the sunroof starts making noise. I research and fine out it’s a tsb and its a 14hrs job. I notice the trunk had to be slammed to close, the driver door panel rattles when music is on, leather repair left over spray on the center console, the blue tooth on the radio no longer works, the AC fan started making clicking noises and that means the fan is on the way out! I was furious when I went back to the dealer and I saw my old Avalon sitting on the lot waiting for the next victim to come by. Funny the General Sales Manager sold that car to a cousin. I feel like this dealership takes cars in trade, says they are doing all of these inspections and in the end the cars still have issues. 5 months on this BS and I am still driving a car with issues, this is completely pathetic!! I have always valued our credit, but if nothing gets resolved with this car I will gladly deliver it to the dealership and stop paying on it just to get out from under this pile of crap! It’s not like it matters since they ran my wife’s credit so much her score dropped from an 817 to 760s after the car purchase. We were promised they would not send the credit apps to several places, but they did! Every place I find will get a negative review!!!!!! More
