The good: I will say that I am impressed by the qualify of their used cars, and they will go above and beyond to ensure the vehicle is handed over to you in top condition (they exceeded the repairs I asked of their used cars, and they will go above and beyond to ensure the vehicle is handed over to you in top condition (they exceeded the repairs I asked for). Unfortunately, that comes at a cost. The bad: I'm not crazy about their misleading pricing tactics, luring you in with a low quote and then changing it at the time of offer. Also, their fees are exorbidant, and their $2995 Sun Care package offers little to no value. The rate they offered me at financing was substantially higher than what I could have gotten directly, and they quote the warranties in terms of monthly payments, so you have no idea how much you are financing at a high rate. If you are going to shop here, get everything in writing, use extreme caution, ask lots of questions (especially at the financing phase), and be willing to walk at any time you learn of a fee you did not agree to.
