I visited their website which is excellent and easy to navigate. Within minutes I found the RAV-4 I was looking for and the estimated payment information particular to my circumstances. I entered my contact information and within a minute I received a call, a text, and an email from Young Kim offering assistance and additional information. Great customer service! I visited the dealership with my wife the next day without an appointment and Young Kim made himself available to assist me. The inventory, the price, the value offered on my trade-in were all excellent. The buying experience was so good that we ended up buying two RAV-4s. I highly recommend Sun Toyota and Young Kim. I am 58 and this was the best car buying experience I have had. More
