The financing man was also very friendly and made everything easy. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 starts is because I feel that I didn’t get a fair amount for my trade-in. Based on the KBB of my trade-in’s value, I received 75% lower than I should have. I was told that the appraiser said I could take the offer or drive my trade-in home. I wasn’t going to walk away from a great deal on the new car, so I took the trade-in offer anyway. More
