Professional and Friendly I got to the dealership around 4 pm, not an ideal time if you even think that you could be buying a new car because it is a little bit of process and I got to the dealership around 4 pm, not an ideal time if you even think that you could be buying a new car because it is a little bit of process and they are always busy there, but the guys at Sun stayed late to help me and I walked away a happy customer. I knew exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. Youssef Malki greeted me and immediately showed me the type of vehicles I was looking for. He was very patient and kind. It took a lot of work getting the numbers to where I wanted them and he didn't try to sell me a vehicle that I didn't want, just for the price. We ran some of the numbers and when he came back, he let me know that I had plenty of time to think and that he was available for any questions. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and got me into the right one. I absolutely love my new SUV. Rob Gannon in financing was also very helpful. It was after closing time, but he was extremely professional and friendly. I didn't feel like a burden for keeping him. He helped me get through the paperwork painlessly.
