My only concern was obtaining what I thought was a reasonable and fair value for my trade-in vehicle; in the end, after a little persuasive discussion, I received a fair offer and the deal was made. Fantastic Help in putting together a 2 vehicle purchase We came in knowing we wanted one vehicle that could seat 8 and a sedan that got good gas mileage. Paul diligently guided us through the options that included Corollas, Prius, Camry's, highlanders, and Siennas. We wound up getting a nice new Camry hybrid and a low mileage sienna that was a few years old and kept the whole package under our budget. I appreciated that David and Paul didn't play around too much negotiating a price. Rob in finance made signing the paperwork as much fun as that experience could be. We also appreciated that everyone we dealt with was sincere in getting us the car and van we needed at an overall price that we wanted to spend.
