Best Car Dealer Ever! I would recommend Sun Toyota to everyone. I've dealt with their Service (ask for Steve, and his boss, John is wonderful too), Sales (ask for Gary) and I would recommend Sun Toyota to everyone. I've dealt with their Service (ask for Steve, and his boss, John is wonderful too), Sales (ask for Gary) and Financing (ask for Tim) staff and everyone was helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and pleasant. Each person had the attitude that they had nothing else to do but assist me! As a cusotmer, you can't ask for a better combination. Even my 92 year old father told me that every employee who walked past him acknowledged him and said hello, which made him very happy, and in turn made me happy too. They go out of there way to make things right!! A year ago I traded my truck in for a Highlander, which I thought was AWD according to there website, when I realized that is was not I went back and A year ago I traded my truck in for a Highlander, which I thought was AWD according to there website, when I realized that is was not I went back and talk to my salesman about it but it was to far past the time to exchange it but he told me that when there was a big sale with incentives he would call me and work something out. This past Saturday,1/26/19, I went in for my 10k service and to me it looked like they were having a sale and I was wondering why my salesman didn’t call me. I went to the front desk to have him paged and found out that he no longer worked there. They connected me with a sales manager and I explained my story and he remembered hearing about it he put me with Aaron as my salesman and told him to show me a car which was a Highlander. It was a year older than mine with a bit more mileage but had AWD! After the ran the numbers the payment was going to be $120 more than what it is now! I said are you crazy for a used car the only way I would let my payment go up is for a new car or truck. Aaron said you would go back to a truck and I said yes I told the sales manger I would. In short Aaron was able to get me into a 2019 Tundra 4x4 with my payment going up only $100. Jason was my fiancé manager and he was great! But then there was an issue with the truck it was giving of a SRS airbag malfunction so I went back to Aaron who then took it to service, after about an 1 1/2 hours he brought it back saying it was fixed! As I was leaving the malfunction warning came back, I again went back to Aaron and told him and he said bring it back tomorrow and take it to service and they will fix it! I went back on Sunday and was asked to come back on Monday so that a master mechanic can look at it. I went back on Monday and while talking to my service rep I found out that this truck has been in the shop prior to me from another person wanting to purchase it for the same problem, that made me nervous and since it was my 3rd day since my purchase I went to speak with Jason my finance manager, Aaron was off, told him what I found out and he understood my concern and told me to go pick out another truck! Jason had me in a new truck and back on the road in an hour! Like I said in the title they go out of there way to make things right and make sure you are a satisfied customer!!!! More
Good customer relationship with Kevin J. and LeRoy B. First it was nice to get an e-mail from John Marazzi and knowing we can contact him as a customer if we have any concerns. LeRoy helped with showing me the car and the test drive. He was very polite and courteous to me. I was introduced to Kevin and he also was friendly, polite and helpful in my decision on purchasing the vehicle. Once I made the purchase, LeRoy said I would meet with other employees in order to drive off the lot. I was told the car would get a special coating for the paint and would be prepped by the time I left. When I returned home to show my wife the car none of that was done. I did clean the car and tires myself. I did let LeRoy know in a phone call yesterday and he did apologize. I was issued only one key and the second key could not be located. LeRoy and Kevin said they would try to solve that issue. I thank Sun Toyota, Kevin, LeRoy, Keenen and Robert for their help also for their good customer service. Thomas T. More

We had no cars left to drive and when I walked through the door at Sun Toyota, I thought our credit scores had gone up 200 points since our last purchase a year prior. To my total surprise, our credit plummeted on that exact day by 100 points because we still had loans for the two cars and I told the financing companies that the cars were totaled so no further payments were going to be made because they would receive insurance payouts. Well, they didn't care - they dinged my credit that same day and I was shocked when I walked through the door. Courtney, the Finance Director, worked his tail off to find us financing. He had to explain our situation over and over again until someone would take us. Nael, our salesperson, kept in constant contact with me about what they were dealing with and John Marazzi, the managing partner, even emailed me and asked me "how he could help me". I was literally blown away by the service I received from every single person at Sun Toyota. We walked away with two 2019 cars. I just could never thank this team enough for everything they did for me. John Marazzi said to me in an email "what do you need? I can make things happen." Well from the top of the ladder all the way down to the delivery of the cars - he wasn't joking. I think everyone in the dealership know me and our sad story of being in a hit and run accident by a drunk driver. Thank GOD for this man and his dealership who now have helped me twice. By the way, don't buy anything but a Toyota for safety purposes. My daughter was in a head on collision in a Corolla and the insurance adjuster could not believe that with the damage of the car, no one was seriously injured. That Corolla saved my daughter's life. I'm so serious right now that I have tears in my eyes. All the airbags - like 6 of them - deployed and kept her from torpedoing out the windshield. Our salesman, Nael, didn't want to just get us in any car - he and his team WORKED their xxxxx off to get us the cars we wanted and needed. I am forever a Corolla fan and my daughter is driving a brand new one. Call me, text me, ask me anything about this dealership and I will tell you the honest truth - THEY give a xxxx about their customers! More

Great deal and a pleasant experience I had an appointment for wich I arrived a half hour early. I was greeted at the front desk and my salesman Aaron came to greet me right away.
