Each time we looked around at other makes and models but we always came back to Sun. The salesmen we have had over the years did not employ high pressure tactics or the “you have got to purchase today” type mentality. We have found that Sun is always willing to deal fairly on any vehicle. Kudos to Carlos this last time around (and Corey) for delivering an experience that should be the industry standard approach to a car buying experience. We will always return to Sun because they keep delivering value. I applaud this year over year commitment to the customer. Well done! More

He deserves recognition for being a true "gem" in a sea of bad dealer experiences and sales nightmares. We had just spent the past 3-4 days going to almost every local Ford dealer getting terrible service, bad service, and half-way decent service. So needless to say we were at our wits end and over the buying experience by this point. BUT it was all turned around when we met Mr. Lee, who was the best sales professional that I have ever encountered. People buy from people and he connected with us on a human level with being genuine, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and down to earth. Along with this my wife and I had our 2 children with us during the hours of searching and being at the dealership and Mr. Lee handled it as if they were family as well to him. I will tell everyone I know to go to Sun Toyota as it's near impossible these days to go to any dealer in the U.S. and get even near this type of buying experience. This is how sales is done the correct way. Treat people like family and right, now you have not only a lifetime Sun Toyota/Toyota client but multiples more that I will now tell and have them go there to purchase/lease/service. Robert is a very competent, pleasant professional. He made the finance closing process seamless. Willy Patti presented accessory options in a very informed, pleasant and thoughtful manner. My husband has been buying cars since they had "tail fins" and said this was the most professional and pleasant car buying experience he's ever had! Outstanding Purchase Experience I live several hours away from the Sun Toyota dealership so I requested an OTD price quote for a new Toyota from the online inventory and had the quot I live several hours away from the Sun Toyota dealership so I requested an OTD price quote for a new Toyota from the online inventory and had the quote in hand via email in less than an hour. I met with the sales team and found everyone I dealt with to be friendly, accommodating and competent. The sales rep (Carlos) provided the best new car demo and indoctrination I have ever experienced. At no time did anyone on the sales team apply "hard sell" tactics or attempt to "up sell" to a more expensive car. There was also no pressure to purchase available "dealer installed options". They made me aware of what was available and when I declined we moved on. In the end I purchased the car for exactly the price quoted in the initial email and drove it home that afternoon. This is my second new car purchase from Sun Toyota and my previous purchase experience was equally good, as were all my visits to the service department over the years for routine maintenance. Based on my experience with this purchase and over the past six years I can highly recommend the Sun Toyota team. More
