This review concerns me and I am not sure how to respond. I do understand your frustration that we didn't negotiate further. The problem is that consumers now demand transparency and transactional pricing. Customers hate the back and forth. That is why we post our actual lowest price upfront. Do you really think it's fair to punish the salesperson financially for just doing his job. I'm sure you wouldn't have bought the car if you didn't feel the price was fair. It is always the price/value equation that leads to a consumers choice to buy. Did you also consider the added benefits you receive with Sun Toyota such as the $5000 advantage club?
