We started our quest by atten We recently had an opportunity to try out some new vehicles and to choose one that would replace our three-year old SUV. We started our quest by attending the Tampa Auto Show where many dealers showcased their models and manufacturers. We spent much time with General Motors, as being from Michigan, we have always been GM loyal. As we walked through the Toyota area we noticed all of the cars were unlocked and accessible, unlike some of the other dealers. In fact, very helpful young men directed us to special features about their models, in particulat the Toyota Highlander. We explained we weren’t in the market to buy, only admiring, and they left us to look on our own. Some weeks later we picked up a Consumer’s Report magazine and learned more about the Toyota line and the very high rating given to its vehicles. A week later, on a Sunday ride, we drove into Sun Toyota, Holiday Florida, where we met Al. Al shared more information to peek our interest and accompanied us on a test drive of the Highlander. Al is a very friendly, family man whom we learned is very honest, and represents his product well. Yesterday, on Christmas Eve, we made another trip to Sun where we, with very little notice to the dealership, drove away in our new 2019 Highlander. Al made our buying experience easy, spent much time being sure we were familiar with the many features, and assured us we could rely on Sun’s service if we ever needed their assistance. More
