The reps that I dealt with were weel informed and courteous. My preference at that point would have been to let Ms. Olson explain how the car worked and let us leave with literature or computer access to the other products; some of which seemed to be valuable to have, depending on the details. New car purchase Jay was very accommodating! We drove 200 miles to purchase the vehicle with previously secured price and financing. Upon arrival it was discovered the Jay was very accommodating! Upon arrival it was discovered there were unapproved obligations with pricing by the original salesman Alex Tirado who was not present for the scheduled appt.
