Not what I expected I had an appointment to meet with a salesperson and when I arrived he was not there and I was not impressed. In walked Nick Nardello, who is probably I had an appointment to meet with a salesperson and when I arrived he was not there and I was not impressed. In walked Nick Nardello, who is probably younger than my youngest child. He stepped up and did a great job. He was a great combination of laid back, no pressure, felt like I was talking to my brother and very knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time with me and I walked out with a better deal than I ever imagined for a better car than I ever thought I could afford. He listened, learned what was important to me and took really good care of me. I will highly recommend Nick to anybody I know. More

Our first experience there was two years ago and have recommended my family and friends to go there. This time we dealt with Nicholas Nardello, he was very knowledgeable in all the different trim levels we asked about. You could tell he actually took the time to learn the small differences. It made a huge difference. He made sure whatever questions we asked if he didn't know the answer he found someone who did know (financing/insurance questions). He took the time we needed to show us whatever vehicles we wanted to go see. Nicholas was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him. The sales manager that made a difference also was Paul. He came over and made the best deal he could and it was good enough to close the deal. We left in a new vehicle:) I would definitely buy here again and recommend anyone looking to give them a chance. It is a no pressure environment! More

Lily was great, she helped me with exactly what I needed I came in to trade my vehicle and get into a car with lower payments. I explained my situation to lily and she was able to find me a vehicle that was I came in to trade my vehicle and get into a car with lower payments. Overall good experience I was looking for a particular Subaru and found one at Sun Toyota. The web site had a price and then offered a special Internet price. I was required to provide my email address, which I am generally not likely to do, because with other dealers you usually have to wait until someone at the dealership decides to respond. I liked that the my request was answered immediately, as promised. (even at 2AM). The website was programmed to provide the "special price" once they had your email. I also liked the fact that there was a short video from the general partner promising a good experience. I would give the salesperson 5 stars. Jay was attentive and responsive. He followed through on everything he promised. The only thing I did not care for was that when numbers were first presented to me there were several fees that I thought were outrageous. $1000 dealer fee (expected but seemingly too high), they also tried to charge $1200 for paperwork and tag transfer. This was the most insulting. Once I explained my thoughts to Jay, he worked to get the deal that worked for me. After the sale, Jay followed up, ensured that a missing part (which was on back order) was shipped in a timely manner. At the time of this review I am still waiting on two promised items, but feel confident that I will receive them. More

He was attentive, well informed and ALWAYS made sure my needs came first. I came into the dealership for a new car but I also left with a new, genuine friend. After this experience I, in my right mind, WOULD NOT go to anyone else.
