And the waiting area is huge with comfortable seats, good wifi plus dynamite coffee and donuts, etc. When you wait for your vehicle to be serviced like I do, the amenities make the wait so much easier. I don't need to replace my tires yet but I got prices just in case--and was shocked to see that the dealer prices were nearly $200 less than prices I'd received elsewhere. More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I went in and purchased a new tacoma, everything was great, got a great price and a truck I love, But I noticed 2 scratches on the plastic trim of the I went in and purchased a new tacoma, everything was great, got a great price and a truck I love, But I noticed 2 scratches on the plastic trim of the tail gate, the salesman who sold me my vehicle, texted me asking to leave a great review, I brought up the minor scratches that shouldn’t have been anything major at all, I was 100% disrespected and ridiculed by the salesman, he sent me laughing emojis and told me not to disrespect him or Toyota Basicly accusing me of trying to pull a fast one on them from the scratches that I can 100% assure I did not cause, the truck is a week old and has less than 250 miles on it and has towed NOTHING and has NOTHING in the bed, this is abolsutely unacceptable the way this sales man talked to me expecially since he’s there “relationship manager” I will NEVER buy another brand new car at sun Toyota again after my experience More

Walked out with what I was after and was very happy . Love the car I bought. Lee made it all very simply for me. Didn't want to put myself in a bad spot with high payment and never did I feel pushed to buy higher. They talked to me about it but never made me feel uncomfortable. Have bought there years ago and I will go back again. Next time hopefully a brand new car. Thank you Lee for all your help. More

Great service, fast delivery process I came in to see a specific used car, Pat pulled it up had it running. After the test drive and some very brief negotiations, we came to an agreement.
