We particularly noticed and liked that he took the time to not only inform us of what needed to be done but explained why. We observed that he did this with each of his clients. There was no pressure to purchase unnecessary add-ons like cabin air filters and windshield wipers which we heard around us time and time again. We had begun to feel that the quality of service and integrity had changed at Sun Toyota due to these types of practices but our visit yesterday restored our opinion. More

Ok Car Buying Experience We got to the dealership and looked around. The salesman respected our request to look alone first. After a while we were approached by a salesman who was very rude. I am not sure who he was. We gave it another chance because I had an appointment with Jay who seemed very nice on the phone. He is the reason we stayed to look and purchase a car. While we were negotiating my trade in value came back laughable. Eventually they made it a little more reasonable. They were very tricky with the way they did their out the door price of the car. I was told what I’d be financing not what I’d actually be paying for the car which made it seem like a better deal than it was. It’s been a while since I purchased a car so maybe that’s how it’s done now. Luckily I figured this out before I signed all of the papers. Eddy did our financing and I must say he did a great job. He had so much patience. It took me a few hours to agree to everything and he went back and forth trying to fix what I thought was wrong. He never got frustrated with me even when I asked him to leave multiple times to discuss the numbers with my boyfriend. Randi ended up making the numbers right and after 7 long hours at the dealership we were done. Eddy you rock!!! More
