My visit to send Toyota on June 2nd to purchase a 2018 Toyota Tacoma was a very very positive experience better than I've experienced before at any other dealership. I had done my homework and was well-prepared more than needed actually. I was waiting for the games, I was waiting for the hustle, and I was waiting for the bait and switch. It never happened, my salesman Saul Grossfield was very patient, put up with my indecisiveness and walked side-by-side with me when I was wandering the parking lot looking for that perfect find. Salesman grosfeld was never pushy didn't try to change my mind only catered to exactly what I asked for and required in a vehicle, and that is a breath of fresh air in these days. I also worked with John Heisler a finance manager. While I was waiting for the bait and switch in interest rate and payments it never happened. Like the saying goes if you try a good restaurant you'll tell a few friends, if you try a horrible restaurant you'll tell everyone. This wasn't the case with my visit at Sun Toyota. I was so very blessed during this visit and I got more vehicle than I thought I could afford Anna payments fit me perfectly. Even if you could find a vehicle at another dealership with a couple hundred dollars hours or maybe even $1,000 less, the experience and the peace of mind after leaving this dealership was well worth it. If you're going to shop around I would seriously recommend starting off at Sun Toyota because my time wasn't wasted I was respected and I got a really great deal now that I researched my purchase. If you do go to Sun Toyota to buy a car ask for Salesman Saul Grossfield, he was very kind informative and patient and that's all I needed for the green light for my big purchase. More
