He made sure I was getting the best possible deal, and paid atttention to detail. He is Prior service, which made me want to deal with him and the dealership even more. Even after everything was said and done and I was on my way home, he gave me a call notifying me that I left a couple belongings behind. He drove out of his way to deliver those back to me. Whoever is reading this, needs to promote this man. He is a great asset to your company, and I will be recommending this dealership to every service member interested in a new car because of pat and the hospitality I was given. More
Awesome service for free oil change I came in to use one of two of my free oil changes since my purchase on March 8, 2018. I had the opportunity to be served by a gentlemen who greeted I came in to use one of two of my free oil changes since my purchase on March 8, 2018. I had the opportunity to be served by a gentlemen who greeted me when after I pulled in to the service department. (sorry, don't remember his name). He was so kind to ask me how I was doing and offer me a cold bottle of water. After which he came back and put a number on my car and proceeded to go and get another serviceman. Greg Gamble came and greeted me with kindness as well and got the information he needed. I proceeded inside to finish the paperwork and he explained everything and stated the offer was only for the free oil change but he would also rotate the tires without a charge!! I expressed my gratitude for that knowing he could have easily charged me for the tire rotation. I'm truly appreciative for the service I received on May 23, 2018. Thanks Sun Toyota for having an awesome family and treating your customers like family with such a warm greeting and services rendered. More

First courtesy service at 6 months. Signs to show where to go for service were clear. Staff were polite and friendly indicating where to park and suggesting I stay in my Prius Prime unti Signs to show where to go for service were clear. Staff were polite and friendly indicating where to park and suggesting I stay in my Prius Prime until a service advisor came to talk to me. Advisor (Joe Koenn) was friendly, had no experience of the Prime, but knew what was needed. Asked me if I had any problems to raise. I told him the car had scraped bottom twice on roadway speed control bumps and I was concerned whether or not it had been damaged. This question was not noted on the service invoice and apparently not checked. He suggested I have lunch at the cafe, which I enjoyed, and gave me an accurate indication of when the car would be ready. Car was washed and looked clean however, the door sills were dirty and had not been attended to. The car is white so dirt and grime on the sills is obvious when the doors are opened. The multipoint inspection sheet looks impressive but appears to be only a check list of what should be done. Although none were highlighted the significance of the yellow, brown and gray squares is not explained. More
