First courtesy service at 6 months. Signs to show where to go for service were clear. Advisor (Joe Koenn) was friendly, had no experience of the Prime, but knew what was needed. Asked me if I had any problems to raise. I told him the car had scraped bottom twice on roadway speed control bumps and I was concerned whether or not it had been damaged. This question was not noted on the service invoice and apparently not checked. He suggested I have lunch at the cafe, which I enjoyed, and gave me an accurate indication of when the car would be ready. Car was washed and looked clean however, the door sills were dirty and had not been attended to. The car is white so dirt and grime on the sills is obvious when the doors are opened. The multipoint inspection sheet looks impressive but appears to be only a check list of what should be done. Although none were highlighted the significance of the yellow, brown and gray squares is not explained. More

Service Center Dan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I came in for a standard oil change and had noticed that my dashboard lighting was not as bright as Dan was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I came in for a standard oil change and had noticed that my dashboard lighting was not as bright as usual but forgot to mention it to Dan. He came back to me and said upon checking your battery it appears to be losing power. He recommended a new one. Problem solved. A great experience as usual ! More

If and when you need to use the Service Department, ask for Tony Roche, he is the best and will treat you like your the owner of Sun Toyota NPR. Speedy Service even without an appointment!!! I took my 2015 Prius V to Sun Toyota even though I did not have an appointment. I asked for Denise Gardener as she is the BEST service advisor I have I took my 2015 Prius V to Sun Toyota even though I did not have an appointment. I asked for Denise Gardener as she is the BEST service advisor I have ever came in contact with at Sun Toyota or any other dealership. My 45,000 mile service was conducted professionally and quickly. Denise notice the previous advisors did not put the dates of service in my owner's manual, so she took the time to update my service annual. This is just one way Denise goes beyond the call of duty. If anyone is looking for an awesome service advisor ask for Denise Gardner you will not be disappointed. More

GREAT DEAL Mario Ruiz and Victor Montoya were excellent. We pre-negotiated a deal before I made the drive up to the dealership.
