However, had it not been for her, my experience there would not have been so great. Ms. Lynde had to mediate between me and the Service Department. There seems to be a bit of a breakdown in communication between the Sales and the Service Departments. Not only that, but on any given day you never know what degree of professionalism you might get from Any member of the staff whether it be a receptionist or a finance officer. It is my opinion that Ms. Lynde should be in charge of training each and every employee at Sun Toyota in the proper way of dealing with the public. More
