Routine Oil Change/Maintenance Set a 3:30 appt, arrived at 3:25 with one person ahead of me (I was given the “#2” packet hung from my exterior mirror which was quickly changed to “# Set a 3:30 appt, arrived at 3:25 with one person ahead of me (I was given the “#2” packet hung from my exterior mirror which was quickly changed to “#1”). I sat in my vehicle for 20 minutes before I was approached while it seemed like several advisors just walked by. When I was finally waited on, Mike Jimerson was very nice, courteous and professional. I was in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. There were only 2 or 3 people already waiting when I went to the waiting area so I figured it would take about 45 minutes or so. I didn’t get out of there until after 5:00 (about an hour and 15 minutes) which seems a little long for an oil change and tire rotation. I will continue to take my car to Sun Toyota, as I am very satisfied with the service itself, they just need to get the customers in and out a little quicker. More
