We spoke and set up a time that worked best for me to come in. Patrick was not pushy or demanding he was extremely professional. Meeting him for the first time was heartwarming, it was like we knew each other before. He made the transaction smooth, listened to my concerns, warm, smiling and great humor at the proper time, but remained focus and professional.
