Assistance to Obtain Car Maintenance Excellent Today was my 5K toyota corolla maintenance. Arrived for 11AM appt. Brought my coupons. Anthony "Tony" Roche my service manager handled everything wit Today was my 5K toyota corolla maintenance. Arrived for 11AM appt. Brought my coupons. Anthony "Tony" Roche my service manager handled everything with the mechanics very well as usual. I have asked for him for all maintenance appointments because he treats me with care. He came back to explain what problems the evaluation found and only one was actually needed, but didn't have to be done. Because I like to keep my car in working order I agreed to pay for it and Tony went ahead to get it done. It added an hour to my wait, but worth it. I ordered a nice lunch and drank coffee and water on the house. Comfortable chairs and small tables plus clean bathroom made my visit very easy. More

Service Well here I am again. I parked my 2009 Toyota Avalon for a few days to watch it, making sure there were no more transmission fluid leaks. First of Well here I am again. I parked my 2009 Toyota Avalon for a few days to watch it, making sure there were no more transmission fluid leaks. First off, I had brought my car in for a check up. My car ran fine, I just wanted to make sure it was safe. I had NO leaks, NO steering pulling to the left. No Noise! After almost $2,000.00 for a so called repair job, my car continued to leak fluid. For some reason they refuse to change the part (power steering Rack) they installed for $910.00. It probably was defective from the start. Makes sense since I never had leaks of any sort for almost 10 years. I'm a widow over 80 years old and just wanted a safe car. I think they saw me coming, figuring an easy mark. I guess the only thing now is to sue Toyota and take my car to another place. I find many of their reviews very suspicious. Be Aware! Mary Bruning More
