a simple oil change was a terrific experience I scheduled my oil change and arrived a little early. Service advisor Mark was extremely personable and shock my hand both arriving and leaving. Ask for Robert DeGuido I have had my new Toyota Rav4 about a month and so far I really like it. I have never owned a Toyota before and opted to lease this vehicle. When I arrived at Sun Toyota, the property is so massive it was difficult for me to figure out where to park. After riding around the property for what seemed to be at least 20 minutes, I finally found a place to park. Robert DeGuido approached me as I was walking in the front door. I am so thankful he was my sales person. I have to say, he was quite patient with me and I felt he never pressured me for any decision I made. I looked at several models of the Rav4 and a Highlander. I took up most of his day and he made me feel like I was the only customer he had. Once I decided on the model, Willi Patti showed me a book of accessories. There was no pressure from Willi. He just presented the options and I chose the options I wanted. Once that was done, I went to the finance officer. She was the only person in the procedure that I felt tried to “sell” me something I didn’t want. (I am the kind of person that feels you should only have to say “no” once). I was told that Rachelle Bell would contact me about having the accessories installed. Rachelle contacted me in less than a week to set up the appointment. When I arrived, Rachelle was waiting for me and set up a ride home while the work was being done. Now that I have had my Rav4 for a little over a month, I have to say, I am not sold on the push button start. It makes it more difficult for me to keep track of the FOB and my keys. I would much rather have a key start which these days is not easy to find. I also miss having a cd player. The radar cruise control almost caused me to have an accident so I went on YouTube and learned how to turn it off. (I’m sure I could have found it in the manual, but it was much faster to just look it up on YouTube). I’m still getting used to the push-button tailgate…it’s a little slow and I have to wait for it to close completely before the car can be locked. I am also getting used to the built-in GPS. It’s not quite as intuitive as my Garmin. However, the Toyota Entune system as a whole is excellent! I love the way my Rav4 handles and the size is perfect for me. Gas mileage is better than expected. More
