As with any dealership they inform you of upgrades a I’ve been dealing with Sun Toyota gorgeous over 2 years and have always had positive experiences. As with any dealership they inform you of upgrades and additional work that could/should be done , however, I have not been pressured into getting the work done right then and there. I appreciate that point. With every service apt I’ve received recall alerts and if it’s a safety recall it’s fixed immediately. As with most places I’d recommend an appointment and expect to be there an hour to two hrs even for an oil change. Plenty of comfortable seating with complementary bottle water/coffee and if you get there early enough there’s free doughnuts. More
