I know that must vehicles use a key FOB to open and close, and that the keys are hardly used, but I'm glad that my husband checked that the car key was working, as we would have been looked out from the car later on. The issue was solved within an hour and we left happy in our new vehicle. When the time comes for me to get a new vehicle and get my kids their own, we will be returning to Sun Toyota to get them . Routine Maintenance I scheduled service for my 2015 Prius V and was able to get an appointment the same day in 45 minutes. I was greeted by Denise Gardener and advised h I scheduled service for my 2015 Prius V and was able to get an appointment the same day in 45 minutes. I was greeted by Denise Gardener and advised her my vehicle service indicator light was on and asked her what the 40,000 mile service consisted of. Denise was able to answer exactly what would be done at the service and how much it would cost. I showed her my service coupons and she checked the computer and advised with the coupons I purchased there would not be a charge for the maintenance today. I waited about 45 minutes while service was performed on my vehicle. Denise came to get me when the maintenance was done and the vehicle was washed. Denise was very knowledgeable about my vehicle and did an inspection to see if my vehicle needed anything else to excel in performance. She was friendly and I will request her as my service advisor in the future. More
