I was referred to one of the sales managers who immediately responded and connected me with one of his top internet sales managers (Nael Barjas). Everyone was very professional, helpful and eager to earn my business. They all met my high standards and expectations of what I want in the car negotiation process. They had the exact car with options I wanted although the color wasn’t my first choice. I had the accessories manager, Mr. Patti, customize it with window tinting and pinstriping. His team had the car ready for delivery when promised and it looks great. The business manager, Sifiso, was the most professional financial manager I ever had the pleasure of working with to complete the paperwork. We actually spent more time after the transaction getting to know each other than what we spent on the paperwork. All in all, I am satisfied with this dealership and would be happy to refer my friends and family to them in the future. More

The sales rep, Nael, was professional, straight-up with me at all times. There were no games played, no multiple walk-backs to speak with his manager. Finance guy Brent (?) was top-notch, explaining all details and answering all of our questions. There wasn't any pressure applied or BS involved. In all the years we have purchased new and used cars, this was the most professional and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend working with Nael Barjas at Sun Toyota. They have a huge inventory of vehicles, and treat their customers the right way. I live an hour away, but will happily drive to Sun Toyota in the future. More
