Being that I am a repeat customer, to say the least, Paul worked proactively by finding the car I wanted for the price I could afford, he completed a great deal of paperwork up front and because we set up an appointment to complete the deal, Paul even tinted the windows in advance so I wouldn’t have to wait or come back at a later date. I’m sorry that I can’t recall the name of the finance guy but he was very professional and personable at the same time. I was extremely pleased with how this part of the process played out.
