Ms. Glover Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Sun Toyota. I am sorry that it was not all that you expected. While customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us, a 2004 Corolla being sold "As Is" is most certainly going to have interior and exterior cosmetic flaws. Our reconditioning process focuses much more attention to the mechanical aspects of vehicles rather than their visual integrity. With that being said, we did go above and beyond by making sure you were comfortable in the vehicle by putting time into the A/C, detailing the vehicle a second time and providing new floor mats to help with the look and feel of the interior. I'm sorry that you feel that we did not value your business, as that most certainly is not the case. We do appreciate that you chose Sun Toyota and we hope you have many miles of happy driving. WHAT???? You really don't know what happened.... There was a FRENCH FRY in the passenger area, I don't eat French Fries!!! And you did NOT put floor mats in my car!! And I never asked for them!!!!! If you will look at the service order, it was only in for A/C work, and I brought it back the same day I bought the car. I got it at 8:30 in the morning and as it got hotter, I noticed it was not cooling down. That is AL L that I asked for. And I would think BY LAW that you can't sell a car with bad brakes or tires! So had the car been checked out BEFORE I bought it... need I go on? And I do hope that Toyota Corp. told you about your Quality Mgr., what a joke!!!! He is a NASTY PERSON and needs to be demoted! He must have taken charm lessons from Trump! No, you have lost a customer and I know all kinds of people next door to Sun Toyota.... I will NEVER go back there, and please stop calling me!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!
