Nael :))) Nael has been the best. First I would like point out that when I first visited sun Toyota January 2017 he was the only person to greet me . I was outs Nael has been the best. At least 6 persons walked past me . I tried to get someone's attention but this day no one noticed me except Nael. He was so kind and friendly. He helped answer all my questions. Second he has been working with me since then to find the perfect car and deal for me. He always kept me informed of the best deals and suggested some great options for what I looked for in my price range. And lastly he always made me feel like my business mattered. I could text him a question or request a quote at 7 am on his day off and he was he would always reply within less than ten minutes. Some persons just work at sun Toyota sulking along with scowling dispositions eager to ignore you. While others truly represent the culture and values sun Toyota strives to maintain. I hope Nael is treated well at sun Toyota because he treats their clients with dedication and professionalism creating lasting relationships between the dealership and the clients. More

oil change Overall, The experience was fine! however, The oil indicator/service req. light went off as expected. my husband commented that there were grease Overall, The experience was fine! however, The oil indicator/service req. light went off as expected. my husband commented that there were grease marks on the steering wheel & door handles when I gave it back to him. The service guy, who was lovely, said that the exclamation point indicator light would go off by the time I got out to hwy 19 and if it didn't, come back as they were supposed to check the air pressure in the tires with service too. I waited for it to have enough wheel rotations to go off but it never did. The air pressure light is on still. I didnt go back as I had to pick someone up. I will go back even though my husband said he would take care of that but I do not want to void my warranty. Overall, it was a good experience! More
