We drove 2 hours from Central Florida to specifically visit your dealership expecting the best deal possible and I have to say that we did get a pretty good deal, however, our experience in the finance department with Sasan was atrocious! He was slow, rude, argumentative, pushy, and lied to us. Your company should be embarrassed to have him associated with you. He told us he would keep our payments at the agreed price and only increase the amount of months however failed to tell us he increased the interest rate until he flashed a card at us expecting us not to see it or pay attention since he was going so fast with all of the information. When I would question him about something he would become rude and irritate with me that I had the nerve to ask any questions. I may be a woman but I am far from an idiot and he treated me like I should not be asking any questions at all. I was disgusted with his behavior and surprised I even finished the deal because I was so upset. The only reason I let it go through was because my son was so excited about the new truck. If it had been me buying the vehicle for myself I would have walked out and you would have lost a sale. With all that said, Jose Sanchez was friendly, accommodating, and very professional. He listened to everything my son wanted in a truck and worked with him to find the best fit. He was awesome. More
